Fundamentally, developing countries are influenced by leaders who are able to change the social, economic, cultural and educational conditions of society. Leadership is a key element in management, and in the Islamic context, Nabiyullah Muhammad SAW is considered a role model in leadership. As the messenger of Allah SWT, the attitude and leadership model of the Prophet Muhammad became a standard that can be applied in various eras, making him the best leader in the world. The study of the leadership of the Prophet is important to be used as a reference in leadership education in order to produce good future leaders. Studying the habits, life journey and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad is a very valuable field of knowledge. The glory of the broad and comprehensive example of the Prophet Muhammad made him an object of endless study, constantly being studied by researchers. The focus of this writing includes descriptions from various sources regarding 1.) Leadership of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, 2.) Opinions of Orientalists towards the Prophet Muhammad SAW, 3.) Keys to Success in the Leadership of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and 4.) Leadership Characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad.
