Abstract

Abstract This research discusses the analysis of the structure of Pai material in the field of Fiqh at various levels and directions of development. In this research there is an understanding of the science of jurisprudence and the structure of PAI materials in the field of Fiqh. . The method used in this research is the Library Method. Namely data collection using documentation and data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of this research are that the reach of fiqh is very broad. Namely discussing issues of Islamic law and regulations relating to human life. The source of the formulation of fiqh is anything that is used as reference material for scholars in formulating their fiqh. The sources of fiqh agreed upon by the ulama are four, namely: Al-Qur'an al-Karim, Sunnah of the Prophet, Ijma Ulama and Qiyas. This research aims to understand and study the meaning of fiqh science and analysis of the structure of PAI material in the field of fiqh at various levels. and direction of development.
