Bendungan Village in Kudu Sub-district, Jombang Regency, has great potential in tobacco farming, but faces the problem of dependence on chemical fertilizers that have a negative impact on soil fertility and agricultural production. This research aims to provide a solution through training in making Biosaka fertilizer from tobacco young shoot waste. Biosaka, as an organic fertilizer, can improve soil fertility, reduce the use of chemical fertilizers, and effectively utilize agricultural waste. The method used was socialization and hands-on practice of making Biosaka by local farmers. The results showed that 66.7% of participants understood the concept of Biosaka, 73.3% understood its benefits, and 60% were convinced of its potential to reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers. The training provided positive economic, social, and environmental impacts, by improving farmers' welfare and supporting sustainable agricultural practices in Bendungan Village.
