Abstract. This study based on the importance of teachers' ability to control students’ activities and behaviors. The aims of this study to explain the procedures, rules, and disciplines implemented by teachers in the context of classroom management. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subject is a teacher who teaches the subject of Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti at SDN Tabalong Mati, North Amuntai District. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentaries. Checking the validity of data using triangulation techniques.
The results show that first, the teacher's classroom management procedure first arranges the classroom, pays attention to the needs of students, makes social contracts and uses various interesting learning methods. Both Classroom rules are created together and by agreement between teachers and students, and are installed in every classroom and office for easy to remember and follow. When discipline in the classroom is applied firmly and clearly with the teacher as an example or example for all students, providing guidance and supervision to the students, providing clear rules so that students get used to discipline, maintaining good relationships with students, and rewarding students who are disciplined. This Study findings that teachers using an authoritative class management style. It can be seen from teachers setting clear and consistent rules to miantain class order.
