Abstract

Inclusive education is an education that requires special and professional management. Therefore every school needs to have a coordinator who manages inclusion education that assists the principal in the maintenance of education. Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Komet is one of the best schools in the management of inclusive education according to banjarbaru city education office.The study aims to describe the role of inclusive coordinators in inclusive management at Comet 2 Public Elementary School, and to describe the supporting factors and constraints faced by inclusive coordinators in inclusive education management at Comet 2 Public Elementary School. The study used a qualitative approach to case studies with subjects of inclusive coordinators, principals, special escort teachers (GPK) and guardians. Data collection is carried out through observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Researchers used time triangulation, triangulation techniques and source triangulation to obtain the validity of the data.Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the role of inclusive coordinator in inclusive management in Public Elementary School 2 Komet is: 1) Assessment 2) Academic management, 3) Student Management, 4) Resource management, and 5) Management of facilities and infrastructure. Supporting factors are the role of the government, principals, parents, parents, and special assistance teachers (GPK) as well as facilities and infrastructure. While inhibitory factors include teachers, parents, and GPK that are not linear
