KINERJA ORGANISASI NON PROFIT DALAM PERSPEKTIF AL QURAN

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas Kinerja Organisasi Non Profit dalam Perspektif Al Quran. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis prinsip-prinsip kinerja organisasi non profit yang diajarkan oleh Al Quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode tafsir dan menginterpretasikan ayat-ayat Al Quran yang berkaitan dengan prinsip-prinsip organisasi non profit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari perspektif Al Quran, kinerja organisasi non profit erat dengan prinsitp-prinsip etika dan moral yang ditetapkan oleh Islam. Al Quran memberikan pedoman mendasar tentang pengelolaan sumber daya, tanggung jawab sosial serta perilaku profesional. Beberapa prinsip utama yang relevan adalah amanah, keadilan, ihsan, dan tanggung jawab. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini bahwa Qs. An-Nisa ayat 58 memberikan landasan etis dan moral yang kokoh bagi kinerja organisasi non profit dengan berpegang pada prinsip-prinsip etiak dan moral. Organisasi non profit dapat memastikan bahwa mereka tidak hanya memenuhi tugas sosial mereka, tetapi juga menciptakan dampak yang signifikan dan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat yang dilayani.
