PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENDAFTARAN PASIEN BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA PRAKTEK DOKTER IMAN RUANSA

Abstract

Praktek Dokter Iman Ruansa is an organization engaged in the health sector that provides health services located on Jalan May Zen, Sei Selayur, Kalidoni District, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. In carrying out its business processes, the problem owned by the Iman Ruansa Doctor Practice is patient registration which is still recorded manually using a book which is less efficient. Because it causes a long waiting time for patients, especially during peak hours. Therefore, we as authors chose to create a website-based patient registration application to simplify the patient registration process at the Iman Ruansa Doctor Practice. The process of making this website uses the php programming language. The methodology used in writing is the RUP method which consists of inception, elaboration, construction and transition. This application is expected to facilitate patient registration at the Iman Ruansa Doctor Practice.
