Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to introduce a digital innovation for vehicle tax payment, namely the SAMSAT Kiosk, to the public. This activity employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, as it is considered appropriate for exploring social realities, perceptions, and dynamics in a contextual and holistic manner. The implementation method involves direct engagement with the community, particularly through education and assistance related to the use of the SAMSAT Kiosk. The activity is conducted at the Public Service Mall (Mal Pelayanan Publik) in Sukabumi City, which serves as a strategic location that integrates various public services. The results of this community service reveal several challenges and opportunities in introducing and promoting the use of the SAMSAT Kiosk. Despite some obstacles, the presence of the SAMSAT Kiosk has proven to be helpful for the public, especially taxpayers, by providing a more accessible and efficient means of paying vehicle taxes.
