PERAN TEKNOLOGI DAN PELATIHAN GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN

Artikel ini mengkaji peran teknologi dan pelatihan guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Desa Baru, sebuah wilayah pedesaan dengan akses terbatas terhadap sarana pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan utama dalam proses belajar mengajar, seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi, kurangnya pelatihan guru, dan sarana prasarana pendidikan yang tidak memadai. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa akses teknologi yang terbatas, termasuk kurangnya akses internet dan alat-alat digital, menghambat siswa dalam memanfaatkan sumber belajar modern. Selain itu, rendahnya frekuensi pelatihan guru berdampak pada kompetensi mereka dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang efektif. Meski demikian, teknologi dan pelatihan guru berpotensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan jika didukung oleh pemerintah dan pihak terkait. Rekomendasi yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan akses teknologi, penyediaan pelatihan guru secara berkala, serta kerja sama antara sekolah, pemerintah, dan masyarakat dalam memperbaiki fasilitas pendidikan. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di desa dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan.
