PERBEDAAN INDIVIDUAL KECERDASAN DAN KEPRIBADIAN

This study discusses the interaction between intelligence and personality and its impact on academic achievement and the quality of social relationships. Through a literature review, the author analyzes various relevant literatures to understand how these two factors influence each other. The results of the study indicate that intelligence, which includes cognitive abilities, not only has an impact on academic achievement, but is also influenced by personality dimensions such as extraversion, conscientiousness, and neuroticism. Individuals with open and extroverted personalities tend to be more successful in building social networks and collaborating, which supports their academic achievement. In addition, high emotional intelligence contributes to good quality social relationships. This study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in education that considers both aspects to encourage optimal individual development. Recommendations for further research are also provided to explore the interaction between intelligence and personality.
