Abstract

Higher education plays an important role in improving the quality of life and competitiveness of individuals in the workforce. However, there are still many teenagers in rural areas, with little motivation to continue training at a higher level. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method with participant observation and in-depth interviews with sixth grade students at SD 09 Sijunjung. The results of the study showed that the socialization implemented was able to improve students' understanding of the importance of education and its positive impact on the future. In addition, the strategy of giving rewards has also proven effective in encouraging students' enthusiasm for learning. This program is expected to make a positive contribution to creating more educated generations and ready to face challenges in the future.
