This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of teacher training programs in improving teaching competence using a library research method. Data were collected from scientific journals, research reports, training modules, RPP documents, and relevant academic articles, then analyzed to understand the application of training materials, the use of modules, and their impact on the quality of teaching and learning. Findings indicate that participating teachers were able to design learning devices more systematically, implement active learning methods, manage classrooms efficiently, and enhance their pedagogical skills significantly. Evaluation based on teacher performance data confirms that structured module-based training can strengthen teacher competence, support sustainable professional development, and directly contribute to improving educational quality.
