KETELADANAN GURU DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH

Menentukan peran teladan guru dalam kaitannya dengan pembelajaran di sekolah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan seorang guru berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi siswa, meningkatkan prestasi akademik, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif dan memperkuat nilai-nilai moral di lingkungan sekolah. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk mengembangkan program pendidikan guru yang lebih efektif, memastikan guru menjadi teladan yang inspiratif dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi pengembangan program pelatihan guru yang lebih efektif dalam menciptakan teladan yang inspiratif dan mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran.
