Abstract

The Hadith is the second source of Islamic teachings after the Quran, and serves as a guide for various aspects of life, including education. In the learning process, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) not only conveyed knowledge but also implemented various effective methods so that the material presented could be understood, internalized, and put into practice by his companions. The various learning methods employed by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are reflected in the hadiths narrated by his companions, such as lectures, questions and answers, role models, demonstrations, repetition, motivation, and the use of parables. This study aims to examine hadiths related to learning methods and analyze their relevance in Islamic and modern education. The research method used was library research, collecting data from hadith books, Islamic education books, and relevant scientific journals. The results indicate that the learning methods implemented by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) closely consider the students' conditions, thinking abilities, and psychological aspects. Therefore, the learning methods exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) remain highly relevant for application in today's education world.
