STRATEGI GURU MENGATASI KETIDAKMAMPUAN SISWA PADA PELAJARAN SKI MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN SOSIAL-EMOSIONAL DI MTS AL-HIDAYAH DEPOK

Abstract

The purpose of writing this journal is to find out the extent of the effectiveness of the socio-emotional approach method in learning SKI class VII at the MTs Al-Hidayah Cinangka school in Depok. In writing this journal, it is hoped that learning using socio-emotional methods in schools in order to create a comfortable learning atmosphere, can have a sense of responsibility to the classroom and social environment so that a positive relationship is established between SKI teachers and students. The research methods used are qualitative methods with a type of case study approach, data analysis using observation and interviews, documentation. The results showed that the authors found that children's socio-emotional growth and development, namely: 1) 1) the strategy of classroom management skills in MTs Al-Hidayah Cinangka through student arrangements and facility arrangements, in conclusion the strategy of classroom management skills in SKI learning at Mts Al-Hidayah Cinangka has been implemented well, but it needs to be improved again by the teacher, namely the student arrangement because there are still several factors that have not run in accordance with the goals of the school, 2) Barriers originating from the physical environment (facilities) related to limited learning media so that the efforts made can alternate with other classes.
